What is a ‘Wild Dog’? ….A hotdog built from a Frankfurter that’s handmade to our recipe in the wilds of the Yorkshire fells.
The REALLY WILD DOG, our specialty, is made with a cross breed of wild boar and wild pig and is (to our knowledge) the first ever ‘Iron Age pig’ Frankfurter!! It’s delicious. Eat a classic or try The Beer Dog, a classic Wild Dog frank poached in delicious MILK® Lager.
Pink – Orange – Green, will give you a tangy burst of flavour and a vitamin kick. The colours are as punchy as the best 80’s gym wear.
Just like a classic burger, but with added Wild Boar bacon! Served with melted cheese, and our special recipe burger sauce, on a soft, toasted locally baked burger bun.
Helmed by Chef Jordan Smith, Wild Dog has grown in popularity and stature over the past 2 years. Launched in 2015 at popular Hackney Down’s pub, The Hand of Glory, then expanding with partner JaguarShoes Collective into the exciting new café bar REDYELLOWBLUE in Leyton / Stratford’s East Village development and to landmark pub The Victoria, Dalston.
