Our flagship venue, launched in 2001. Its name derives from the 1980’s bag and shoe wholesalers that once occupied our building, whose signage still adorns the shop front.

Combining arts, music and creativity within a rough around the edges, architecturally honest environment that provides a unique canvas for exhibitions, launches takeovers and music shows.

Our ground floor area is a light and spacious room with high ceilings, sky lights and large glass shop frontage.
