19th – 25th November  GIVE THE JOY BACK – Woodblock Prints by Anthony Burrill will be taking residency at our Christmas pop-up Emporium.
Anthony Burrill’s persuasive, up-beat illustration and design has been commissioned by cultural, social and commercial clients
around the world from New York, to London to Tokyo. He has also gained a following in the design world for his innovative 
collaborations with friends and fellow artists, designers, print-makers and film-makers.
Printmaking is an important part of Burrill’s practice and he creates limited edition prints with slogans including “Work Hard and Be 
Nice to People†that have become mantras for the design community and beyond.
Anthony will be filling the space with a selection of his beautiful Woodblock postcard sets, tote bags and Woodblock prints made in Rye, East Sussex and Los Angeles.
On the 19th November Anthony will be hosting a Make your own unique ‘A.B.’ rubber stamp postcard. Blank postcards will be available for you to decorate with phrases and patterns using specially made rubber stamps.
Alongside Anthony’s work our usual collections will also be available; Jaguarshoes Collective crockery, prints and clothing, Electronic Sheep knitwear, Noemi Klein jewellery, Black eyewear, Veja wallets, Lucy Peacock silk scarves, the recently released Wonderwalls book by Supermarket Sarah, a selection of specially commissioned Christmas cards and much more.
Spiced cider/ mulled wine and cinnamon topped Allpress cappucino’s will be available from the cafe, along with its usual selection of teas, coffee, freshly made sandwiches, snacks and pastries.
To coincide with late night shopping The Campari Bar will be at The Old Shoreditch Station every Thursday and Friday night from 6pm to 9pm throughout the Kings From The East Christmas Emporium period.
JaguarShoes Collective- is an arts organization that collaborates with illustrators, designers and brands to create beautiful and unique products, exhibitions and events. The collective was born of renowned Shoreditch bar and exhibition space, DreamBags JaguarShoes.
